Ketamine: Opening doors to self-discovery

Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) is a transformative healing approach integrating the openheartedness and introspective depth of ketamine with skilled guidance from trained facilitators.

Used mindfully within a therapeutic setting, subanesthetic ketamine has been demonstrated to help open new pathways to self-reflection, offering fresh perspectives on old patterns and gently encouraging shifts in how we experience ourselves, relationships, and the broader world.

In our group retreats, ketamine serves as a bridge, supporting participants in accessing and turning toward parts of themselves that carry pain, past wounds, and protection, all within a space intentionally co-created to promote feelings of safety and connectedness.

Collective Awakening & Renewal

Engaging in KAT in a group setting draws upon the power of the shared humanity and interconnectedness found in community, with each participant’s courage and vulnerability contributing to a supportive, sacred healing environment.

The group component provides unique opportunities to feel seen, heard, held, and understood, providing space for each participant to make meaning of and share their own stories as well as to witness the resilience of others.
